This page has all the information you need to know for our youth winter missional trip. 

Under the "Deadlines and Meeting Dates" section, you’ll see a list of important dates and what is needed by then.

All of the forms and documents needed are always be available under the "Forms" section.

Lastly, if there are ever any updates to the forms, deadlines or general information, it will be posted on this page under the "Updates" section. You will also receive an email and mobile message notifying you of the update.

Deadlines and Meeting Dates

@ Northview 5:00 – 6:00 pm

This meeting is a *required* all team meeting for participating students and leaders. 

At this meeting we’ll be going over: deadlines, dates, forms and waivers, packing list, schedule, and setting our expectations for the work, phones, sleeping arrangements, etc.

We will also be addressing any other question you may have!

If you're on the fence, feel free to come to this meeting. It will give you a better idea of what you'd be signing up for.

We will be collecting adult clothing for the mobile thrift shop we run.

By this date, you must have these forms completed on your online registration:

  • Northview Waiver
  • Health Insurance Form

A mandatory gathering for all participating students. Hosted by Zeb and Aubrey Fenimore at their home.

All payments must be completed on your registration by this date.

Student drop-off and check-in. Parents must be physically present to ensure all necessary forms and payments have been completed.
