This meeting is a *required* all team meeting for participating students and leaders. Parents of students highly encouraged to attend.

At this meeting we’ll be going over: all of the deadlines and important trip dates, trip forms and waivers, packing list and schedule, and setting our expectations such as phone policy, dress code and sleeping arrangements.

We will also be addressing some FAQs and any other question you may have!

We will be collecting adult clothing for the mobile thrift shop aspect of our trip.
