Women's Retreat

Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. Colossians 2:7

This year at retreat we will focus on the being rooted - in the Word of God, in Prayer, in the Holy Spirit, in Community. 

With Christ as our foundation, our rock, and our stability, we can better weather the storms of life.  And as we lean into God's Word and prayer and spend time listening to the Holy Spirit, and as we reach out to our sisters in Christ for support, we can find the strength and hope to keep going. 

Several of our women will share how being rooted has helped them grow and find hope and joy. We'll participate in worship together and have plenty of time for relaxing, hanging out with old friends and making new ones, and exploring the beautiful grounds at Cedar Springs.  Invite a friend!

Cedar Springs Christian Retreat Center in Sumas is truly a retreat  - the hotel style rooms are comfortable and the food is great!  All bedding and linens are provided, as well as coffee, tea and cream. We do ask that you bring a small snack or beverage to share.
