Shannon has attended Northview since 2003 and joined the staff as the Children's Ministry Director and Administrator in 2005. He coordinates the programs for children birth through 5th grade including Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and Awana. Prior to joining the church staff Shannon spent 12 years with the Boys & Girls Clubs managing before and after school programs and summer camps. Shannon and his wife Lisa were married in 1995 and are busy raising their four sons.
